Unorganized in Woodbridge and East Brunswick. Diabetic shoe fitting not good experience.
Told to try shoes out, when home custom insole was put in crooked and bunched up.
Called for adjustments , did not wear shoes . They needed soles looked at to fit correctly.
Called office, it's been a month .
Shoes unworn still in box. Dr.Thapar assumed I could return shoes to be adjusted to fit .
Told me the company said shoes were worn , NO RETURNING.
I called the same week I got shoes. Office did not help me for a month.
By that time it was TO LATE TO RETURN.
When fitted., Girl didn't even know how to use instrument to measure.
I requested my office notes since another person told me NO PROBLEM we can mail them.
Today, was told No office notes unless I pay ONE DOLLAR PER PAGE.
There is no shoe return to adjust.
THERE IS DEFINITELY A PROBLEM WITH THIS ANKLE AND FOOT SPECIALIST OF N.J
You should not tell patients , you can have diabetic shoes adjusted WHEN THE OFFICE WAITS SO LONG TO GET BACK TO PATIENT the shoes have passed the time frame to return.
I spoke to office personnel three weeks ago putting rush on someone getting back to me, to let them know I COULD NOT WEAR THE SHOES. I began calling weekly. They told me NO PROBLEM, their favorite phrase.

Dr. Sheikh has been absolutely wonderful throughout the whole process. From my first appointment to my surgery, he has been attentive to my needs and discussed all options. He even went out of his way to see me post surgery to ensure everything was healing well, as well as to provide peace of mind. Dr. Sheikh and his office staff provide the utmost care and are so diligent, especially when dealing with insurance.

I had an appointment at 9:45 AM and did not take long for the doctor to see me. That was no waiting time right after filling up the forms. Staff is friendly and so is Dr. Jordan. You felt comfortable talking to him and in no time my concern was taken care of. Thank you.

Dr Hoachlander and Dr Tharpar are the best. The entire staff is extremely friendly. I would recommend this place to anyone that need a specialist.

I’ve never been to a podiatrist before and wasn’t sure what to expect. Dr. Hoachlander was extremely knowledgeable and solved my issue right away. So lucky to have found a great professional so close to where I live.

My experience with Dr. Thapar and her staff was very positive. I highly recommend her as a doctor. I was thoroughly informed about my procedure. Dr. Thapar called me the evening after the surgery, which I appreciated.
The staff makes you feel special from the time you walk into the office. Every phone call has been handled with professionalism. I have asked the staff to fax, complete paperwork and have always been met with a positive response.
I thank Dr. Thapar and her staff for their continued support, professionalism and most of all kindness.
